Hang Ten Systems, an AI services and transformation company founded by former Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka, has announced addition of another $53Mn to its seed round. This is in addition to the $32Mn that Hang Ten had raised a few weeks back, making the total seed round to $85Mn.
Mayfield, which led the company’s first seed round along with Aramco Ventures, also participated. Other investors in the company include Aramco Ventures; Lip-Bu Tan, CEO of Intel; Sanjay Mehrotra, chairman and CEO of Micron Technology; and Jerry Yang, co-founder of Yahoo! and founding partner of AME Cloud Ventures. Yang has joined the Hang Ten Systems Board of Directors.
Launched by Vishal Sikka in June this year,Hang Ten Systems runs an advisory, transformation, and applied-AI practice for large enterprises — not through the traditional army-of-consultants model, but through a native-AI delivery stack. This stack is built on agentic code generation and a reusable skills library that compounds over time.
“AI can be the most powerful amplifier we have ever built. But in the enterprise, AI’s power must go hand-in-hand with reliability. At Hang Ten, we bring the power of AI to the world’s most important businesses, with systems they can depend on. In just months, our customers have shown us what is possible”, said Sikka.
This is in addition to the $32Mn that Hang Ten had raised a few weeks back, making the total seed round to $85Mn.
The company builds, changes, and runs enterprise software faster and cheaper than legacy systems integrators. Hang Ten’s work spans software development, finance and analytics, enterprise migrations, and HR — the unglamorous but revenue-critical infrastructure that large organisations can’t afford to get wrong, and historically couldn’t afford to modernise quickly either.
Hang Ten is betting that agentic AI changes that equation permanently.
The company has closed two fundraises within a span of five weeks. With these five weeks, Hang Ten claims to have signed “several multi-million-dollar contracts” across advisory and development engagements with global enterprises. Delivery is underway for several projects and has successfully concluded for a few. The engagements span multiple industries and range from short advisory assignments to multi-year development programs.
