Discovery Partners is a boutique technology consulting company whose core capabilities span custom software engineering, IT staffing, managed services, and a data and AI practice.  We partner with our customers to build a POD (product-oriented development) to accelerate business initiatives and projects with hand-picked teams of experts.  Because we have access to an extensive bench of qualified talent, we can spin up projects in as little as three weeks.  We use proprietary methods to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and with a high customer satisfaction rate. Whenever possible, we provide shadow resources at no cost to the customer to pivot quickly if a resource is unable to remain on a project. We can run and manage what we build with our team as a managed services offering.  Our talent management division provides recruitment for short-term, long-term, permanent, or contract staffing to hire resources for your teams. Our recruiters use a unique methodology and technology to pre-screen candidates and provide a percentage match to the top talent. Our data and AI practice brings experts to the conversation to organize and implement data strategies that are critical to locating the correct information to make it meaningful when applying best practices in the AI space.  We use modern tools and technologies across all of our specialties.  We offer many other resource experts across all IT functions, including automation and orchestration, cloud, digital transformation, and security transformation.  We also provide industry coaches if and when direction is needed.  Our leadership team has extensive experience on how to best provide a meaningful experience with a technology firm.  We can quickly accelerate, reduce costs, and produce high-quality work with our team of experts.  We look forward to engaging with you on your next project!
