GTs Extended Team service is designed by a Silicon Valley executive for Silicon Valley speed and flexibility; no middlemen, no recruitment fees, no lock-in, and no hidden fees. Clients either tell us what talent they need or they tell us what product theyre building and we help them design the perfect core team. Perfect for B2C or B2B product solutions whether steady state or burst capacity.2. Project Team & Product Studio: Some clients prefer to hand off the full delivery of their product to GT. Either because they dont have the in-house technical know-how, or because theyre under significant time constraints to get their product to market quickly. GTs Project Team and Product Studio allows clients to quickly and cheaply develop an MVP. They can also hand off a full production version of their product to GT.3. Additional Consulting Services: Data Science, Solution Architecture, Executive Product Consultancy including Roadmap discipline and designing consumer engagement.
