Research - Our research team has deep experience in technology research with over 30 years of combined experience at Forrester Research and other research firms. We use our experience to create custom research plans to ensure that we are building the best product for its target users. We conduct primary user interviews, validation studies, competitive assessments, and more.Strategy - Helping our clients decide where to focus its products is part of each and every project. The same team that researches the market applies its learnings to sharpen the focus of products to account for core advantages and competitive realities. It’s not uncommon to work with product and engineering management teams to prioritize product designs for multiple product releases.Design - The finished design of any application is only part of our design process. In most instances we leverage our research as well as our clients’ knowledge to establish core experiences. We created a custom design tool called, “Thumbflows,” to help visualize end-to-end customer experiences to ensure completeness of thinking and vision before moving into higher-fidelity designs. We think the quality of our designs for mobile, web, and responsive is unmatched and speak for themselves.
