Overview

Voypost is an MVP builder platform with a focus on startups. Founded in 2018 by Tech Entrepreneur Nikita Sviridenko, we started as a startup helping expats deliver packages to their loved ones in their home countries via people traveling in the same direction. After testing 3 different countries, we found out that the market is too narrow.In early 2019 we pivoted to cross-border product delivery. After testing 10 popular verticals across 6 different destinations, we saw that the market was overwhelmed by offering. Thanks to dozens of experiments we had launched to validate our assumptions, we managed to cut 60% of redundant code, design a scalable architecture, and establish a rapid delivery process.This helped us to continuously deliver new features in less than a week and have multiple experiments running at the same time. Starting in late 2019 we opened our process and successfully leveraged it to rapidly build and launch MVPs for other startups.
